The service team treated me like royalty

. They periodically asked if I needed anything and offered me a drink. The service manager whom assisted me upon my arrival was super professional and made me feel like an Allstate customer (in good hands). He quoted me a price for replacement of a low beam light bulb in my headlight, but later realized that he quoted the incorrect price for the type of bulb that I actually needed (he quoted a lower price for the standard bulb, but my car has halogen lights, which are way more expensive).
